illustrations research

I did recherche in to  Bbasquiat work to get some ideas for an illustration cover with automatic expressive painting lots of intuitive work that is very brave and interesting but for many it can seem primitive. it healed me to create the eye design.

  You can tell that the lines of this image are quick and intuitive you can tell the flow of the line being loose and relaxed with the painting I like that the is engaging and is filling the page with things that is heaping around it and the heavy and deep out lies.   

This one is similar to the last one however I like the use of more colors and the contrast between them however the is less happening on the image its is also interesting how the colors are not mixed  just overplayed over each other he must have whited until the first layer had dried before he applied the other one that's what i think.

also did some recherche in illustration over all  to see if it could influence my work in anyway

good use of Basquiat stile nice sharp lines and strong feelings with in the painting  bit more defined and realistic on the body but it works well i like it and how it is interfering with the sharp lines and coloring  might use that cind of contrast in my work it might look good 

Basquiat inspired work looks nice and simple illustration it is is caricature  him in a cartoon form looks neat i like the shading and the stile of the drawing looks very good and like the lines where controlled

some more defied and more developed illustrations with good use of color and form  thous ones mainly inspired me with the use of bright and leaving colors  that are appealing to eye

 Very advanced illustration u can see the high detail in it and the rich use  of collors i like it but it can seem to advance and to detailed to use on a hand book .Nice use of colors and the illustration looks nice i like the flikes lines at the bottom of the tree  and the old paper look around the main illustration it would be interesting to have that kind of effect on the student hand book.

I like the use of likes for shading it gives the illustration a nice effect and stile to it  making it look interesting i wonder how it would look with color might be interesting I might experiment with it .

simple illustration like that can still be successful and look good I like that it has simple straight lines and shapes and good palette of colors  working together well making a good ilustration might look in to it more it has a liter bit of Bauhaus stile to it .

                                         

Actual life drawing

we finny manage to draw a real model so it was different then drawing bones we used skits with charcoal   again to draw on the paper stuck to the floor drawing the model for a little bit and then start again with a model in a different position we only focused on  siting positions on this session we also worked with high lights on the lasts drawing of the session.

some of them came better the others not proud of all of them butt that was my first session of life drawing 

Life drawing

Life drawing is challenging it look at a figure and stay focused on it and draw it wail doing so most of the contraction must be on the model we been doing lots of shorts exercises  to help us with creating illusions  for the viewer such as using corrector shading using contour lines to guide the eyes thru the shape, drawing with a straight hand  and even drawing with a stick to create the sharper lines

Interesting 3D forms

After working with mood rock i had to create an interesting form referencing to bone structures. I personal
had decided to work with the skull as it seemed challenging  so working from my previous work and sketches  had made an interesting abstract piece a skull like head with bone horns. I had used the same technique that i learnt from the previous lesson of punting two have circles of clay together to keep the air inside to help help support the clay as it being formed. after i formed the skull i had decide to put two holes on top of it to place the horns in so that they would be secured properly I wasn't  sure if the skull was going to keep its form as the air was being released as I did it but it was fine.After I secured the horns i had putted it on a clay handle.

After that I had to transfer it from the clay to mood rock and wire witch wasn't easy but i did my best.  I started with putting on the safety equipment goggles to protect my eyes from the wire. I used 3 thicknesses of wire  thick one for the main outline thinner one for the details and the thinnest one to fill out the negative space and do some corrections. after i had my form ready all i had to to is to cover it in the  plaster bandage 

I cut the bandage role up to stripes that could be dipped it the bucked of water and applied to the wire form

  

I did some more of 3D modelling from primary resources of an skeleton body using clay to make a part of it a single bone at first I did a skull then I implemented new techniques
to the process using armature to put wire in side of it to support it so it doesn't fell down but the problem with that is that when the clay dryers  it shrinks and it would crack on the wire  so we got thought a new techniques where you made two same size balls put thumb in side of it and start pinch around it to create two have bolls that can be join to one   hollow ball then it can be modeled and the scupper will be supported by the air inside of it so you need to be cheerful not to poop it wail modelling .

then we also did some work with the moodrock using wire to make the form and the cover it working from a bone

windo manifistation

we had to do a title window manifestation for the the construction block making it relate to what they do and block of the view but still letting in the sun light in. I thought that using using a recking ball would be a good thing to use so i had made it at first hitting the building but that didn't work for me because the building look too unnatural then i had. i did some researcher in to the cracks and cracks in glass and used pen tool to replicate  them then it looked like the ball is hitting a glass and put some measuring tapes to fill in the space which fits in because it is destroying a bad idea that is being smashed down
