New materials willow

We been introduced to a new material which was tree branches that we had to tie together or if u preferred an easy whay using duck tape to create an interesting abstract object that reference t i our life drawing. Because we  mainly did skeletons sketches t decided to make a shild that would resemble ribcage. I used duck tape to keep the sticks together i used it because string didn't seem strong egnouhfe to hoold my construction as it snapped when my construction had more oval shape.the I had to use tissue paper to cover the negative spaces using pva glue mixed with water to stick it to the wood stripe by strpe wit green in the middle ans yellow on the out side and used some wire that i raped on it diagonally jyst to give it bit more heft. (All of that had been done with being aware of the hazards and taking all the safty steps)

research for the costume

This is one of Oskar Schlemmer's drawings of a human form. It is easy to see the lines that are an extensions of the body that is contributing with the environment and alaw you to see the body lines. I think that it is interesting drawing I might make similar body extensions using wire but much shorter other ways  it can be to dangerous to wear.
This is an different O.S drawing with much less lines but still very interesting. I might get some ideas from this art work like for example making different body extensions like an extra arm or something like that.
This one has nice defined body lines that go all the way through
the body and extend fever out that could interfere with the surrounding it also has unusual and abstraction body parts, it got some interesting shapes that could be used in my costume design.

I believe that this is Wassily Kandinsky it is very colourful and engaging painting it has many different structures that I could get influence my design. even though I like the intents colours in the painting i think my costume will be more colour maching so it looks.
So this is one of David Hockney witch is interesting has some good line work and colour use it has shapes that in a way looks like columns that are holding up a roof. I could create some tape columns for example on my legs using plaster bandage.
Leonardo Da Vinci has lots of interesting sketches and designs of many different creative ideas. this peace has many cogs and look like moving parts which would be interesting to see one the costume however it can be difficult to create.   Another work of Leonardo Da Vinci that looks like some kind of construction with some interesting lines on it  that could be used on a costume its self as a hat or something along like that maybe modifies it sin some why.   Wassily Kandinsky has a very unlike and  creative stile he has some abstraction work that looks messy but makes an interesting composition with many interesting colours and shapes and lines.

this one is another one of his work it dos not has as any colors but has lots of lines making this interesting composition I could make some wire construction on my costume and the cover it wit some colour paper
This is one of  Franz Kline work its mainly strong define lines and painted in difrent directions witch works well with the negative space.  David Hockney's work a nice painting on a road and a nice neighbourhood with some houses and a road and a strong green and red. I might use some contrast in my costume but not sure about it because like i said i want to keep it have one primary colour but that can change.

Bauhaus recherche

A nice design i like the deep black contrasting with more distorted colors like the red and dirty yellow. with a good Bauhaus design some straight shapes over lapin each other and connecting well and the text is spread across the design fighting in with the design.
This one has a defined face in the back covered by a bit of the simple bars design that have a metal look to it text is also fitted around the design looking good I like that the more defined face is still working well with the abstract work of Bauhaus stile.
All colors on this one are distorted and have the old look to it I think it looks good with that design. It has the straight and thick lines that change between the red and black on a yellow background Black and red are defensively the predominate colors for Bauhaus design.
I like the simple face design a good caricature representing a face feted nicely inside the design making a central point of the design again nice deep lack and red and the text is nicely spread out this one dos not have a distorted or an old look to it but still looks good.
More different approach on a Bauhaus design very good though using simple shapes and and angle lines the space have been filed with a good design I like how simple it is with just 4 colors 3 shapes and some lines the text is also placed in a nice easy to see place.
I don't like this one it seams boring and I  don't like the orange contrast as well that the orange fates at the top to a brighter orange the lines seem random and not thought about  they are poorly spreader out and don't seem to have any kind of order.
there are some examples of how flexible the Boathouse can be it can be used in modern pop culture as you can see from the batman design which to me seem very strong with the batman caricature made from shapes in batman stile and  the text is nicely spread out as well. You can also see that there are some costume designed based from Bauhaus designs with thick lines and defined shapes.
this is a nice design that already looks like an book cover I like it a Bauhaus logo displayed well and bridging the attention with its slake and simple design and its strong black and white contrast.
and the other design is a nice design wit small amount of colors with not big contrast but working well together i like the circles inside the circles and the lay out of the design .
